Standard Shipping turnaround time in the USA is between 2 to 7 days.
Orders are shipped via USPS.
It is the customers responsibility to make sure the address information provided is accurate, including city, state, and zip code to prevent any error or delays in shipping. Customers' shipping address cannot be changed once the order has been shipped out. It is the customers' responsibility to review their shipping information before order submission. If you're looking to return or exchange defective items, we're here to help! We offer returns or exchanges within 7 days of receiving your order. You can return your product for a different product or a store credit in the form of a gift card. HQDTECHUSA is not responsible for return shipping costs if redo package protection and returns was not purchased at checkout.

If your package has failed the delivery, you MUST WAIT UNTIL WE RECEIVE YOUR ITEM TO RECIEVE A REFUND.
To be eligible for a return or exchange, your item must be unusable or defective. If it is not unusable or defective, the product must be unopened and still in the box and is eligible only if redo returns and package protection was selected at checkout.
To complete your return or exchange, a receipt or proof of purchase is required.
In addition to this, we may require photos/videos or for the defective product be returned to us for inspection before we offer a refund or replacement.
For this reason, please do not discard any defective or incorrect items you may have received.
Hemp, Delta, and THCa products are only eligible for refund or exchange if the products are unopened and package protection was purchased at checkout.
Clearance sales are final and only returnable for store credit if defective and package protection was purchased at checkout.

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

International Shipments

Due to the high number of returns from customs, we are no longer able to offer international shipping.

You will be responsible for paying for shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
Delayed Shipments
We are responsible to fulfill and ship your order timely and faithfully. However, once packages are handed to couriers, we are not responsible for delays, lost items or returns except once they are received back. Shipping times displayed at checkout are an estimate. Therefore, We will not be issuing shipping refunds for delayed shipments.
