It still says pending on my order please fix
I ordered a “brick” of Cuban tobacco at the beginning of the month. Few days later I received a brick of coffee tobacco. I figured it was a simple mistake and figured we could get it swapped easily. Well I’ve called the store and warehouse multiple times the last few weeks and each time they tell me to call the other one. I can’t seem to find anyone that wants to help right their wrong, or even just refund me. The closest thing to any help I got was someone saying they will look into it and call me back the next day… I had to call them a week later to figure out what’s going on. I had one previous transaction with them that went smooth so that’s why I ordered again, and this time around has just been hell. Wouldn’t recommend ordering from them, and if you already have just pray you get the correct product cause every employee that works in shop and in warehouse have zero clue what’s going on it seems.
It’s been a month since I placed my order and USPS is still yet to receive the package. Very unhappy customer, will be telling friends to avoid this website.
A tracking number was provided via email, but it hasn’t arrived after almost 3 weeks after placing the order.
I never received my order, nor have I gotten any response when inquiring about my missing order.
