i got my vape and as soon as i took it out the package and tasted it , i gagged. it tasted like the flavor had run out even though it was never opened. tasted like a burnt vape. i want a refund.

Poor quality. I buy the elf bar/ juicy bar at my local gas station all the time. I wanted to stock up so I ordered 2 in my favorite flavor peach mango. After opening a brand new one, it tasted so bland. Absolutely no flavor, so I opened the other and it's the same thing. I am going to contact customer service.

I recently ordered 2 hqd cutie and 1 x lemon mint elf bar, the elf bar is faulty and it’s not the first but maybe the 4th time I buy this flavor and it’s not working or doesn’t taste the way it should.
Can someone get back to me to sort this out and give me a new elf bar in lemon mint or refund me please
I also pay for priority shipping and I don’t know why because it’s NEVER on time
