I did not get my order and after I reached out to customer service to get another one they did not help me… you lost a customer

Hate to complain or write a negative review. But, y'all sent the wrong dragon! Ordered candy not black. However, I will give 5 stars to your representative DIO.He assured me the correct dragon will be shipped ASAP. He also is making the return shipment of the wrong product as easy for me as possible. Overall I have been very happy with HQD. Let's call this a hiccup.

I ordered a HQD clear and I received a knife yes a knife and a lost Mary blueberry vape totally different order and I don’t really smoke the flavors please let me know. I have a photo of the order and items received. Thanks !

I’ve been getting these for probably almost two years now. I used the smaller ones, but moved up. Used to smoke almost two packs a day but switched to vape after my daughter was born. I hadn’t smoked for 9 months so I needed it to work because I was smoking again and didn’t like that around my child. I wound up using a pen with refillable liquid but that was so inconvenient and expensive. When I found HQD, game changer. Thank you!!!
