Are THCa Pre-rolls Legal?
That all depends on where you live. Federally, THCa hemp products that do not contain more than 0.3% THC are totally legal, and not on the controlled substance list. With that said, at the time of writing, there are only 4 states within the continental United States that currently do not allow the sale of THCa products – OR, ID, MN, and AR. Outside of these four states, the sale, possession, and distribution of THCa products remains legal.
